ggg88 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an active account on ggg88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. ggg88 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any wagering activity on the platform. This age threshold reflects Indonesia's recognised standard for adult participation in gaming activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ggg88 from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by ggg88 or any of its affiliated entities, technology suppliers, or licensed game studios.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended ggg88 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily through your ggg88 account settings or imposed by ggg88 following a responsible gaming intervention.

To access the full range of ggg88 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in good faith. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All personal information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly notify ggg88 of any material change to your registered details by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• You will keep your account credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

KYC Verification: ggg88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo identity document (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ggg88 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

One Account Per Player: Registering more than one account — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a violation of this Agreement. ggg88 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ggg88 may close all related accounts, reverse any deposits, and void any bonus credits or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

All ggg88 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ggg88 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ggg88 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: ggg88 currently supports the following local Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ggg88 balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. ggg88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one to three (1–3) hours during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests submitted outside normal operating hours or during Indonesian public holidays may be subject to additional processing time. ggg88 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement is expressly agreed in writing by ggg88.

Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ggg88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant account balances, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the Member's registered email address. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

ggg88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. ggg88 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game types will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. As a general guideline, live casino games and sportsbook wagers with odds below 1.50 may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: ggg88 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spin equivalents not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of any single bonus promotion is Rp 5.000.000. Winnings exceeding this cap from Bonus Funds will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.

All games available on the ggg88 platform — including live casino, slots, roulette, sportsbook, and esports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game or market interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

Random Number Generation: All virtual games on ggg88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, among others. The outcome of live games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and is not influenced by ggg88's software.

Sportsbook: All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and esports titles such as Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile — are subject to ggg88's sportsbook rules. ggg88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle markets under exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, venue changes, result verification delays, or confirmed match-fixing.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error that prevents a game or bet from being completed as intended, ggg88 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. ggg88 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from hardware or network failures on the Member's side.

Collusion & Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

ggg88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that empower Members to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, the Member will be unable to place further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and are not reversible within the elected period.

The ggg88 trademark, trade name, and logo are registered marks of the Company.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ggg88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent from ggg88.
• Using ggg88's trademarks, trade names, or logos in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits ggg88.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software component of the ggg88 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggg88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ggg88 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.
• The results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the platform's software or content will be corrected.

In no event shall ggg88's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggg88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ggg88 platform, even if ggg88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ggg88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Member or their payment provider against ggg88.
• Account access from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Behaviour that ggg88 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful towards ggg88's staff or other Members.

Upon account closure initiated by ggg88 for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no evidence of wrongdoing is found following investigation, the verified balance will be returned to the Member within thirty (30) business days via the original deposit method.

Voluntary Closure: A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ggg88 will process any outstanding verified balance and close the account within five (5) business days.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ggg88 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in ggg88's licence documentation, available upon written request.

The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ggg88 from seeking interim or emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

ggg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ggg88 will notify registered Members by email to the address on file and will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the ggg88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. ggg88 recommends checking this page each time you log in if you have been absent from the platform for an extended period.
